Chelsea reserve team coach Brendan Rogers has been appointed as the new manager of Watford as replacement for Adrian Boothroyd.Rodgers, aged 35, has beat off strong competition to land the job. He has been coaching since 1995 when he started with Reading, eventually becoming their Academy Director.
Frank Lampard Senior has also joined them as Football Consultant.
